Songs. Stories. Feelings.
BorMeeJai Studio
BorMeeJai Studio
(If You Don’t Care)
Independent Production
BorMeeJai Studio
Technology is a Tool
Create. Cover. Perform.
Social Media
- UGC และวิดีโอของ Creator
- DJ Set

BorMeeJai Studio
BorMeeJai Studio
Songs need their own time to tell a story
Songs. Stories. Feelings.
BorMeeJai Studio began with stories, lyrics, and ideas that lived only in notebooks, files, or in the writer's mind, without ever truly being shared.
I like writing songs. I like writing stories. I like imagining characters, events, and conversations. But for a long time, those works often ended at one question: “Is it good enough yet?”
When you are not sure whether something is good enough, the easiest choice is not to release it at all.
Then today's technology made many things that once seemed difficult for one person possible to try. Lyrics can become sound. A story in the mind can become music. Characters can slowly begin to have worlds of their own.
So I decided: instead of waiting for everything to be ready and perfect, let these stories go out and live for once.
That is where BorMeeJai Studio began.
One story can be told in more than one song
I enjoy both songwriting and fiction, so I do not want every song to be born and end within three or four minutes.
Some stories suit one song. Others have questions, misunderstandings, moments when people change, and things seen one way today but differently months later.
That is why many of our songs are made as a Series / Story Universe. Every song must stand on its own: listeners do not need to know what happened in the previous song.
But when you listen in order, certain details begin to connect. A line may take on a new meaning, and a later song may change how you see an earlier one. It is like reading a short story chapter by chapter, except each chapter is a song.
The story begins with “Kon Bo Mee Jai”
The song that opens the door to this project is คนบ่มีใจ (If You Don’t Care).
We did not choose to begin with a song that seriously explains what this label is. We chose a fun, teasing song instead, with Isan and English, dance rhythms, and the sound of the phin. It says more about who we are than a long introduction could.
We want a first visit to be fun. After that, anyone who wonders who this woman is, what the other person thinks, whether what she understands is true, or where this story ends can continue with the next song.
“Kon Bo Mee Jai” is not only the debut song. It is the first doorway into the world we are building.
A song does not have to rush to its ending
There are many reasons why songs today are expected to be shorter. We understand them. But BorMeeJai Studio has one simple rule: songs need their own time to tell a story.
If a part repeats without adding anything, we can cut it. But when an instrumental passage, a silence, a conversation, a shift in feeling, or a small detail still has work to do in the story, we will not remove it merely to meet a number.
Some songs may be short; some may be long. What matters is this: when the story should end, the song should end there, neither sooner nor longer than it needs to be.
Not every song belongs to the same story
Although BORMEEJAI begins with serialized storytelling, BorMeeJai Studio is not building only one universe. Some projects have continuing stories; some songs are short stories complete in a single track.
Some songs are serious, sad, warm, or about everyday life. Some exist simply to make us laugh about the world around us. We are not trying to make everything sound the same.
What we want to remain the same is this: every song should have a reason for being made.
One story can be told in many languages
In BORMEEJAI, you may hear Isan, Thai, and English in the same song. English is not there only to translate what was just sung in Isan.
Sometimes it is another angle on the story. Sometimes it is a thought a character has not yet spoken. Sometimes it is an answer, sometimes a hook, and sometimes it lets people who do not understand Thai still feel the song.
We do not want to abandon the roots of our languages in order to be international, nor do we want to close our songs to people who understand only one language. We are experimenting with how far a story can travel from home while still remaining ourselves.
Independent Production
BorMeeJai Studio is a small independent project. We do not have a large production team or the resources of a major label, and we work within limits of budget, time, tools, and process.
For that reason, some songs you hear here may have sound or production quality below the standard the work deserves. Some sounds may be imperfect, some words may not be pronounced as clearly as intended, some arrangements may have further to go, and sometimes we cannot yet fully create what we hear in our heads.
For those limitations, we apologize to listeners here. But one thing we do not want to reduce with those limitations is the care we put into making the work.
Each song is an effort to bring music, sound, language, rhythm, and atmosphere as close as possible to the feeling of the story inside it, with what we can do at that time.
Technology is a Tool
One reason BorMeeJai Studio can exist today is that technology lets small creators experiment with things that once required many people and significant resources.
Our music-making process uses digital tools and Generative AI in parts of production, including experiments with vocals, music, and production. We do not want to hide this, and we will try to identify the information for each work clearly.
For us, technology does not begin the story. The story, idea, content, characters, perspective, structure, and direction of a song still begin with a person wanting to tell something. Technology is only a tool that gives stories which might otherwise never have been made a chance to become sound.
If you can do it better than us, do it
We do not see a BorMeeJai Studio original as the only answer for a song. The same song can have many more lives through other people.
If a singer can sing one of our songs better than the original voice, good. If a band reinterprets it and gives it another life, we want to hear it. If a DJ plays it, musicians perform it live, or someone covers, remixes, rearranges, re-sings, re-plays, or turns it into art in their own way, that does not make the original less valuable to us.
It means the song has walked out of the room where it was born and has truly begun to live with other people.
When a person interprets our music and makes it better than the original, we do not see that as the song's defeat. It may be the best proof that the song contains something worth carrying forward.
Create. Cover. Perform.
In general, we allow creators and musicians fairly broad use of our songs in creative work, including:
- Covers for social media
- UGC and creator videos
- Live performance, bands, and live shows
- DJ sets
- Remixes or creative experiments under the terms for each song, including certain work that earns income from performance or platforms
Our main request is simple: please credit the original creator.
However, please contact us for permission before creating a new studio master for serious commercial release, releasing through a label or streaming service, or using the music in advertising, film, television, series, brands, or other commercial projects.
We do not want to close the door on creativity. We only want to distinguish between “playing and building on a song” and “using musical property as part of a business.” Full permissions and conditions are on the License page.
Our songs are more than audio files
This site was not made merely to say which streaming platform carries our music. For each song, we want to gradually keep as much of its world as possible:

You do not have to begin with the first song
Even when we make a project as a series, we do not want to force anyone to listen in order. You may encounter Chapter 7 before Chapter 1. If that song says something true to your life, then it has already done its job.
But if one day you ask, “What happened before this?” the path of the story will remain here for you to trace back.
Imperfection should not be the reason a story is never told
This may be the most important reason BorMeeJai Studio exists. If we continued waiting for better sound, better music, a more prepared team, more budget, or more confidence, many stories would remain in the same files and no one would hear them.
We are not saying perfection does not matter. We always want the next song to be better. But we choose not to let the fear that “it may not be good enough yet” become the reason that “it never gets to exist at all.”
A small rule about our names
BorMeeJai Studio has one simple naming rule: an artist's or band's name comes from a word or name connected to the first song with which that artist or band debuts.
We do not write songs to find a word that looks beautiful, sounds cool, or would make a fitting band name. Songs come first in their own order. When an artist or band begins, we take a word or name from the first song created and chosen as its debut and use it as the name.
As a result, some names may sound ordinary, unusual, or unlike names designed for marketing. That is part of the idea from the beginning.
We do not make songs to fit a band name. We let the song name the band.
For us, the first song is not only a debut. It is the starting point from which the identity of that artist or band comes into being.
So if you come across one of our artist or band names that sounds a little unusual, please understand that these names emerged in the order of the songs. They were not made to sound attractive first and then given songs afterward.
BorMeeJai Studio
We write songs. We tell stories. We experiment. We make mistakes. We learn. And we will keep making songs.
Some songs may make you dance. Some may make you miss someone. Some may make you laugh. Some may pass by without meaning anything to you. All of that is all right.
Once a song is released, its meaning no longer belongs only to the writer. It also belongs to the people who hear it.
Songs need their own time to tell a story.
This is where we give them that time.
